Hi everyone!!! We wanted to share this wonderful photo of Big Bitz. He was recently adopted and is doing great with his new family. Big Bitz likes to snuggle when ever possible and plays ball like a champ. His under bite and sweet personality captured the hearts of not only his new family but also the entire Hope For Paws staff. Mandy is a lovely young adult pit bull/ pointer mix girl with the temperament of an angel and the personality of the class clown. She is a petite medium size dog with a pointer spotted body and a smiling pit bull face that will steal your heart before you even know what has happened. Mandy is a submissive friendly dog that gets along great with other dogs and lives for human contact. She plays softly with other dogs and will seek you out to get that special affection she knows she can only get from her human companions. When she sees people she wags her tail so hard that her entire little body moves with her tail. How great would it be to come home to such intense unconditional love! Mandy nows her sit, wait and come commands and will be certified Good Canine Citizen soon. She would make a great family dog for a family with children or without. Her angel like gentleness makes her an ideal dog for a family with younger children that have experience with dogs before. She would also be a devoted companion to a young couple or person living alone. Mandy is just so versatile that she would fit in anywhere.
Mandy is up to date on her vaccinations, micro-chipped and spay. She is a Happy Endings rescued dog available for adoption through the collaboration of Happy Endings and Camp Diggy Bones. Harvey is a handsome boy who loves people and playing with other dogs but his best love is playing fetch with his people. Harvey knows how to sit, down, wait and walk on his leash well. He is both food and play driven so it makes it easy for him to train. He has a charming personality and a kind soul and would make a great playmate for a child or adult that likes to undwind after a hard day at school or work and play fetch with and teach new tricks. He is a great companion dog that wants more than anything to belong to a home and to have his own family. Harvey is moderately active and wants to play and snuggle and sleep in peace in a loving home. He is through with his puppy years so he does not chew on things or nip or any other puppy behaviors that are less than desirable.
